Digital Files and Printing Rights?
All sessions include high resolution digital download with edited images chosen by photographer from your session. All sessions include printing rights and a private viewing gallery to share with family and friends.
 

What about locations?
Choosing a location or multiple locations can be a tricky task for anyone. Each session is on location and personalized specifically to you. If you are having a hard time picking or finding a location photographer, Cortney Smith, has many suggestions and would love to assist you in choosing your location(s). Don't hesitate to suggest a location, even if it's just an idea! Choosing your location(s) should be quite a treat.

What to expect?
Sessions generally range from 30 min to a couple hours. For all sessions you should expect to be yourself. Here at Capturing Hearts we love capturing and seeing the NATURAL beauty in YOU, so SHINE on! Expect to have fun! If you are interested in doing a themed or creative session please don't hesitate in telling us! We want to make your session personal to you. We will happily help you prepare your session and encourages themes and creative sessions that are unique to you.

We are here for YOU and would love to bring your imagination to LIFE!

 

What about rescheduling?
It's bound to happen! Something could possibly come up at the last minute and you just won't be able to make it to our scheduled date or the beautiful Tennessee weather could change in a heartbeat. After your deposit has been paid Capturing Hearts offers rescheduling within 6 months of your session date if something were to come up. Re-scheduling is subject to dates Capturing Hearts Photography has available on the calendar. We will always do our absolute best in any possible rescheduling!

Event photography/sports Photography?
Capturing Hearts Photography does provide upon request photography for select events and local college or high-school sports photography. Charity Photography?
Capturing Hearts is always open to any suggestions or needs in the local Athens, Tennessee and surrounding areas. If you are a church hosting outdoor baptisms please contact us, if we can help we will!

Our Equipment?
Capturing Hearts uses weather sealed equipment allowing us to offer shoots in the rain, snow, or extreme weather if desired. We use a Pentax K3 as our main DSLR camera and a Pentax K5 and K7 as a back up. Along side these three DSLR's we use a variety of lenses to give you the best possible photos; the photos you deserve! Photographer, Cortney has chosen Pentax mainly because she loves the images she can produce using them as well as how the DSLR feels in her hands. Equipped with weather sealed equipment in Tennessee is a huge plus(especially with all that rain!) and allows creative possibilities to be endless! Let us know any creative ideas you have!
